Always an artist, Whitney Smith discovered her talent for clay 17 years ago, and a passion for making things that she could use.  Since then, she has been creating beautiful, functional, pottery that is inspired by nature.  Her pieces bring the eternal beauty of the natural world inside, with an elegant simplicity that is vintage-inspired but also perfectly suited for a modern home.   Whitney is originally from Washington State, and presently lives and works in California.  In her free time,  she enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, reading, writing, riding her bicycle and making strong cocktails for her girlfriends.
